I have been feeling cold all day, but it hasn't been cold out. I've remained bundled up in toasty warm clothes all morning and afternoon and I still felt uncomfortably cold. I hope I'm not coming down with something.
Since I only got 4 hours of sleep last night, I took a power nap this afternoon. As soon as I started to fall asleep, I got wicked cramps in my toes, feet, and legs. I spent the next 10 minutes stretching and flexing to relieve the pain. It worked. I was able to fall asleep.
