I've put on more pounds and that is not acceptable. I'm going to try something. I have placed the scale in the kitchen right by the fridge. This should keep me from just grabbing food because I'm bored. I've gotten to the point where I don't even think about it. Next thing I know I have a sandwich in my hand and it's half eaten before it hits me that I'm trying to lose weight. The scale should be a great reminder.
