The phrase, "Love is blind," implies that Love doesn't care what a person looks like. It is a seeming innocent phrase that sounds good, but is really shallow and based on people's looks.
Love is much more than looks and is what the phrase tries to imply, but ultimately fails. Love would include the looks, actions, caring, ambition, and everything about the person. Love is seeing the person for who they are. The whole person.
I would go even further and say that Love uses all the senses. The sounds they make, what they smell like, how they feel, and even how they taste, are part of Love.
