I'm glad episodes like that don't last very long. It takes a lot of energy to control a mood like that. Now I'm calm and don't seem to have a worry in the world.
LJ seems to be very therapeutic for me. After posting my last entry, I just read some Journals looking for new potential friends. I enjoy reading what other people have to say. I also begin wondering if the person that is writing is really like that in person or are they expressing themselves in a way they might not otherwise get to do. [lost in thought]
